About Improve Battery

A LiFePO4 battery manufacturer founded in 2014: sales and business centre in Shenzhen, manufacturing base in Dongguan, and one product discipline - lithium iron phosphate, done properly.

A manufacturer, not a trading desk

Shenzhen Improve Battery Co., Ltd. designs and manufactures LiFePO4 battery packs and energy storage systems. The company profile states it was founded in 2014, and its range today covers residential and commercial energy storage, golf cart, RV and industrial motive batteries, general-purpose LiFePO4 packs and matched chargers - 43 product lines documented from its own published range.

The organisational split is deliberate: the sales and business centre sits in Shenzhen (2F, Rongcheng Building, YaYuan Road, Longgang), while manufacturing and technical support run from the Dongguan base (Building 1, No. 2 Yindou 2nd Road, Qingxi Town). When this site says 'Shenzhen HQ, Dongguan manufacturing base', that is the literal structure of the company.

Scale, in the company's own figures

The company profile states a Dongguan manufacturing base of 10,200 square metres, annual output of more than 200,000 battery packs and systems, a manufacturing team of more than 230 people, and products sold to more than 50 countries. Those are the company's published figures, presented as such; third-party verification on file includes the store's Intertek Verified status recorded during our onboarding review.

What the scale is for: cell sorting, pack assembly, BMS integration and system testing under one roof, so a stackable home system, a 72V golf cart pack and a high-voltage rack system all come off documented production processes rather than bought-in assembly.

Certification position

The published certification material lists management systems (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018) and product-level test documentation by model - including IEC 62619 CB test material, UL 1973 test reports, EMC and FCC reports, CE and RoHS documentation, and UN38.3/MSDS transport documents on listed models. Certificate originals and numbers are provided on request - this site states the types and does not print numbers it cannot show you.

How we sell

Standard products and OEM/ODM projects run side by side. Minimum order quantities and lead times depend on the product type and the degree of customisation - standard products can start from smaller batches, custom housings and packaging are assessed per project - and every enquiry is answered with a written specification and quote rather than a chat-message price. Samples can be arranged, with sample and freight costs confirmed against the requirement.

Tell us the model. We price it in writing.

Model, voltage, quantity and destination - that is all a real quote needs.
