The general-purpose pack line: four voltage platforms from 12.8V to 51.2V, capacities from 6Ah to 120Ah, built for equipment makers, solar integrators and OEM projects.
Underneath the storage systems and motive batteries sits the pack line — the standard LiFePO4 building blocks that equipment manufacturers design around. Four platforms structure it: 12.8V packs from 6Ah to 120Ah, a 25.6V line, a 38.4V line, and the 51.2V 40Ah pack. Cycle life on the pack datasheets is 3,000 cycles or more at 80% DOD, self-discharge is 3% per month or less, and every platform publishes its series and parallel rules instead of leaving integrators to experiment.
The 12.8V family shows the format's range: a 6Ah pack at 90 × 70 × 107mm and 0.75kg for compact equipment, a 30Ah general model, a 120Ah build, and a 100Ah model with 1,700CCA cranking capability for engine-start duties. The 51.2V 40Ah pack (2,048Wh, 23.5kg, M8 terminals) supports four in parallel and — a published restriction worth noting — does not support series connection.
Packs are the OEM doorway into this factory: custom capacities, enclosure work and labelling are order-level conversations across the whole catalogue, and the pack line is where private-label and equipment-integration projects usually start. State the voltage platform, the capacity target and the enclosure constraints; the quote does the rest.

| Platforms | 12.8V · 25.6V · 38.4V · 51.2V |
|---|---|
| Capacity range | 6Ah–120Ah (12.8V family) · 40Ah (51.2V reference build) |
| Cycle life | 3,000 cycles or more (80% DOD, 25°C) |
| Self-discharge | 3% per month or less at 25°C |
| Terminals | M5 / M8 / F2 depending on model |
| Series / parallel | Published per model — e.g. 4P/4S on 12.8V family; 51.2V pack: 4 parallel, series not supported |
| Temperature | Discharge −20°C to 60°C across the pack datasheets |
Figures are the manufacturer's published data for this range. The written quote states the exact configuration of your build.
The 12.8/25.6/38.4/51.2V ladder matches the voltage steps equipment is actually built in — no DC-DC workarounds.
Terminal types, series/parallel rules and temperature windows are published per model for design-in work.
The same factory supplies a 6Ah equipment pack and a 200kWh rack system — OEM relationships can grow with the product line.
Capacity, enclosure and labelling are configured per project across the pack range.
Choose a pack when you are building it into something — equipment, a vehicle, your own enclosure and electronics. Choose a system (stackable, wall, rack) when the battery is the product: enclosure, communication and certification are already integrated. Many OEM customers start with packs for a first product and add the storage systems as their line extends; both come from the same production base with one documentation discipline.
Minimum order quantities and lead times depend on the product type and the degree of customisation: standard products can start from smaller batches, while custom housings, labelling and packaging are assessed per project. Samples can be arranged, with sample and freight costs confirmed against the requirement. Every enquiry is answered with a written specification and quote stating the model, configuration and terms - nothing about an order here is left to chat messages.
Improve Battery runs OEM/ODM alongside its standard range, and ships with the export documentation each model carries (CE, RoHS, FCC, MSDS, UN38.3 types as listed per datasheet; certificates available upon request). State the model, voltage, quantity and destination in the enquiry form and the sales team in Shenzhen will reply with the full specification.
Model-dependent and published: the 12.8V family supports up to four in series; the 51.2V 40Ah pack does not support series connection. The product pages state the rule for each model.
It publishes 1,700CCA (cold cranking amps) with a sub-3-second peak rating, for engine-start and electronics duties combined. Confirm your cranking requirement in the enquiry.
Yes — capacity customisation is a standing offer across the manufacturer's ranges. State platform, target capacity and annual volume in the enquiry.
Model, voltage, quantity and destination - that is all a real quote needs.
