12V RV Battery
Four capacities on one 12.8V case family — 230Ah to 640Ah — all rated at 8,000 cycles and all documented to the last connection rule.
The 12V RV line is four builds of one idea: maximum honest energy in a case a motorhome locker can swallow. The shared case width is 360mm. Inside it: the 230Ah at 2.94kWh and 23.8kg (360 × 254 × 162mm), the 320Ah at 4.09kWh and 31.9kg (360 × 310 × 160mm), the 540Ah at 6.91kWh and 47.7kg (360 × 350 × 190mm), and the 640Ah at 8.19kWh and 59.6kg (360 × 430 × 235mm).
Electrical data is uniform where it should be: 14.6V charge, 10.4V cut-off, RS485/CAN communication, 8,000 cycles at 80% DOD, discharge from −25°C to 65°C, and up to four units in series or parallel (with the published note that communication-mode series strings stop at two). Where the models differ is muscle: maximum charge/discharge is 250A with a 300A 30-second peak on the 230Ah and 320Ah, rising to 300A with a 600A 2–3 second peak on the 540Ah and 640Ah — the headroom that inverters, levelling systems and simultaneous loads actually use.
One datasheet oddity deserves a straight note: the manufacturer's published page for the 230Ah build carries the family model code IMP-RV12-320 in its header while its own specification table lists 230Ah capacity. The figures on this page follow the specification tables — capacity, energy, dimensions and weight per model — which is how the factory quote will specify your build as well: by the table, in writing.
