Golf Cart Battery 105Ah Reference Range

One capacity, three voltages: the 105Ah reference models compared side by side, so fleet buyers can standardise on a capacity and vary only the platform.

Fleet standardisation usually happens at a capacity. For this range it is 105Ah: each golf voltage has a 105Ah reference model with a full published datasheet — IMP-GC36-105 at 38.4V (4,032Wh, 34kg), IMP-GC48-105 at 51.2V (5,376Wh, 45kg) and IMP-GC72-105 at 73.6V (7,728Wh, 72kg). This page exists so a mixed-fleet buyer can compare them in one place instead of opening three datasheets.

The shared specification is the point. All three: 105Ah reference capacity with a 72–320Ah customisable range behind it; 6,000 cycles or more at 80% DOD; 100A maximum continuous charge; 200A continuous discharge and 400A peak for 30 seconds; M8 female terminals with Anderson or REMA options; Bluetooth, CAN, RS485 and LCD communication options; IP54 with IP65 optional; and the same published certification set (CE, RoHS, FCC, MSDS, UN38.3). Charge voltages step with the platform: 43.8V, 58.4V and 83.95V.

Why a reference capacity at all? Because it anchors tender comparisons and spares planning. A resort group with 36V utility carts and 48V passenger carts can hold one capacity policy, one charger discipline per voltage, and one documentation format — while the customisable range behind each reference covers the exceptions route by route.

Why It Earns Its Place

Features

A comparison that closes tenders

All three reference builds' deciding numbers on one page — energy, mass, dimensions, currents — with nothing held back for a sales call.

One capacity policy

Standardise spares, training and documentation on 105Ah while voltage varies by vehicle class.

Identical option sets

Terminals, communication and IP options match across voltages, simplifying fleet-wide specifications.

Headroom behind the reference

Every reference sits inside a 72–320Ah customisable range for the routes that need more.

Choosing within the family

Voltage is decided by the vehicle, not by preference: the cart's controller and motor define the platform. Capacity is decided by the route: longest daily distance, terrain, passenger load and the reserve you refuse to spend. The product pages for each voltage carry the full datasheets; this page is the map. Send the fleet list — vehicle, voltage, route — and the quote assigns the reference or custom build per vehicle.

Ordering & OEM

How ordering works

Minimum order quantities and lead times depend on the product type and the degree of customisation: standard products can start from smaller batches, while custom housings, labelling and packaging are assessed per project. Samples can be arranged, with sample and freight costs confirmed against the requirement. Every enquiry is answered with a written specification and quote stating the model, configuration and terms - nothing about an order here is left to chat messages.

Improve Battery runs OEM/ODM alongside its standard range, and ships with the export documentation each model carries (CE, RoHS, FCC, MSDS, UN38.3 types as listed per datasheet; certificates available upon request). State the model, voltage, quantity and destination in the enquiry form and the sales team in Shenzhen will reply with the full specification.

Questions

Frequently asked

Why do all three weigh so differently at the same Ah?

Amp-hours are not energy: at higher voltage the same 105Ah stores more watt-hours — 4.03kWh at 36V against 7.73kWh at 72V — and the mass follows the energy.

Can I standardise on 105Ah for every cart?

For most mixed fleets, yes as a policy — with capacity exceptions quoted per route where the duty demands the 200Ah+ end of the range.

Do the three share chargers?

No — charge voltages differ by platform (43.8V / 58.4V / 83.95V). Charger pairing is specified per voltage in the quote.
